The Albanian Investment Corporation (AIC), in collaboration with AKPT, is launching an international competition for project ideas as part of the development and management of state buildings.
This initiative aims to energize cities through innovative development of state properties. We welcome creative and visionary proposals that transform public buildings into vibrant, multifunctional spaces, contributing to urban renewal and economic growth in the community.
Beneficiary institutions: Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy (MIE), Ministry of Tourism and Environment (MTM), Ministry of Justice (MJ), Ministry of Education and Sports, DSHQ, ASHK, Prime Minister’s institutions.
🔹 In total, 27,395 m² of office space and 17,410 m² of shared areas dedicated to meeting rooms, exhibition space, library, bar-café, restaurants, kindergarten, and gym will be built for the public administration.

– Phase I Deadline: July 1 (3:00 PM CET)
– Phase II Deadline: August 26 (3:00 PM CET)
